How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Settingclothing Septic should get a fair and honest experience. If that did not happen, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Settingclothing Septic
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Still, we want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please know that Settingclothing Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@settingclothing.rest and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write to Us

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
